Experience & Background
From Research To Results
Before founding PraxGain, Gargi spent over four years in market research, presales and business development across the SaaS and professional development industries. She did not start as a marketer - she started as a researcher and a seller, studying how people decide and learning what it takes to earn their trust.

Why It Matters For Your Practice
Each role taught the same lesson from a different angle: growth comes from understanding people first. Market research taught her to study behaviour and data before forming opinions. Presales taught her to listen to a client's problem before recommending a solution. Business development taught her that trust, follow-through and long-term relationships outperform any short-term tactic.
That is the mindset behind every PraxGain campaign. Before we recommend a single channel, we study how your patients search, what they read and how they choose a doctor. Your marketing plan is then built the way she builds everything: researched like a market study, planned like an engineering project, and managed like a long-term relationship.
The Story
Why I Built PraxGain
The Indian healthcare landscape is changing. Patients no longer rely on word of mouth alone - they search on Google, read reviews, compare doctors and check credibility before ever calling a clinic.
Yet most doctor marketing in India is built on noise: unverified claims, misleading ads and tactics that can put a doctor's registration at risk. I saw talented doctors losing patients to less-qualified practices that simply knew how to show up online.
PraxGain was founded in Halisahar, North 24 Parganas, to fix that - to give doctors a partner who protects their reputation while growing their practice. Every campaign we run must pass three tests: NMC-compliant, transparent, and measurable.
That is the standard I hold myself to, and the standard every doctor who works with PraxGain receives.
